Default Bard Concept Class

I've seen a lot of people attempt this including me, but I think that without the class name bard, it just doesn't sound right.

Background
Bards are loremasters and storytellers, they lie if they have to, steal what they need, and travel the world to gain more information, learn more legends, and tune their songs and spells. Bards are extremely proficient with Thin Swords called Estocs and also use special swords called Charted Swords.

Starting Statistics
Health- 100
Maximum health- 500
Energy- 25
Starter Armor- 10 (+5 armor vs. damage from spells)
Maximum Armor- 75 (+15 armor vs. damage from spells)
Starter Weapon- 3-5 Sound Damage
Off hand equipment: Violins, flutes, tuning forks, books.

New Weapons, Damage Types, Conditions
Estoc:
A thin, long sword that deals slashing damage. The Estoc easily vibrates into musical lyrics and some estocs contain a flute in the handle.



Charted Swords:
Thick and broad swords that deal mainly blunt damage. These swords deal much less damage against heavily armored opponents.



Sound Damage:
A new damage type used mostly by this proffession. Sound damage penetrates armor by 5% always and can often affect large areas.

Lyric:
A new type of spellcraft is a lyric. All lyrics deal sound damage and some deal additional elemental or shadow damage. Lyrics are easily interruptible and any spell, hex, or enchantment that would prevent you to use a spell or a chant/shout will also paralyze this. You cannot sing a lyric while dazed.

Song:
A new type of spell. Songs call upon natural and unnatural forces to defeat enemies. Songs have long casting times.

The Attributes

Vocal Ability- (primary Attribute)
The Bard's ability to use his or her voice and therefore his or her ability to use songs, lyrics and spells. For every point in this attribute, sound damage from lyrics and songs gain an additional 1% armor penetration.
Bardsongs-
Includes songs that benefit allies and the bard in specific ways. Have long casting times.
Musical Tone-
Includes offensive lyrics and songs.
Worldly Knowledge-
Includes Estoc and Charted Sword attacks and songs that benefit the bard's ability in melee. This skill increases the bard's damage with Estocs and Charted swords as well as their ability to inflict a critical hit.

Vocal Ability

Trained Voice- 5 energy 1/2 cast 24 recharge
[elite enchantment] for 5...15 seconds, your songs and lyrics are unable to be interrupted.

Powerful Tone- 15 energy 1 cast 16 recharge
(enchantment) for 5....35 seconds, your song's and lyric's negative and positive effects are increased by 22....33%.

Bardsongs
Melody of Disaster- 5 energy 4 cast 24 recharge
(Song) all foes within earshot are struck for 5...65 Sound damage and 5...35 shadow damage.

Song of Ailments- 10 energy 5 cast 12 recharge
(Song) All allies within earshot lose 1...3 conditions. For each condition lost all allies within earshot are healed for 5...10 health (maximum 100...200 health).

Song of Resistance- 5 energy 3 cast 24 recharge
(Song) All allies within earshot gain +5...20 armor against elemental damage for 3...15 seconds. You lose -40 armor against elemental damage.

Melody of Hate- 5 energy 6 cast 24 recharge
(Song) Target foe loses 1 enchantment for each foe within earshot (maximum 1...7). All allies within earshot lose any effects from your songs.

Call of Pain- 25 energy 4 cast 12 recharge
[elite song] All enemies within earshot lose all conditions on them. For each condition removed, all enemies within earshot are struck for 5...10 damage (maximum 125).

Musical Tone

Reverberate- 5 energy 1 cast 46 recharge
(enchantment) for 5...45 seconds, all your lyrics and songs last for 1...5 more seconds. You also gain 1...2 energy each time a lyric or song ends on an ally.

Sound Wave- 10 energy 3 cast (can't decide on a recharge time)
(Lyric) Create a sound wave from your current location outward in a circle around you. The circle stops within earshot. All enemies struck by the sound wave are knocked down and dazed for 3...10 seconds.

Melody of Death- 5 energy 5 cast 46 recharge
[Elite Song] All enemies within earshot lose 5...45% of their maximum health for 3...25 seconds.

Distressing Cry- 15 energy 1/8 cast 24 recharge
(Lyric) All enemies within earshot attack 33% slower for 5...10 seconds and all allies move 33% faster for 5...10 seconds.

Transfer Song- 5 energy 4 cast 46 recharge
(song) You lose 5...65 health when you activate this song. When this song is fully cast all allies within earshot are healted by twice the amount of health you lost.

Song of Attraction- 5 energy 6 cast 24 recharge
(song) All foes within earshot become hostile to target foe for 3...6 seconds.

Worldly Knowledge

Musical Estoc- 5 energy 3 cast 12 recharge
(Song) Target ally's estoc deals an additional 5...10 sound damage for 3...45 seconds.

Bladesong Strike- 5 energy 6 recharge
(Attack) If this attack hits, it strikes for an additional +5...35 damage. If that foe is not suffering from a condition that foe is dazed for 3...10 seconds.

Echoing Strike- 10 energy 12 recharge
(attack) if this attack hits, it strikes for an additional +5...20 damage. This attack strikes for an additional +5...10 sound damage for each ally and foe affected by a song or lyric within earshot (maximum +20...65 sound damage).

Singsong Thrust- 15 energy 16 recharge
(Estoc Attack) this attack must follow two other Worldy knowledge attack skills. Target foe takes no melee damage from this attack. Target foe suffers from Daze and Bleeding for 5...12 seconds. If the bleeding is cured by a spell or signet, it is reapllied for twice the duration.

Some of the skills have questionable recharge times, plz help me on those. Please do not insult the casting times on the Songs, those times are attuned to real life songs almost. Kind of a real life musical aspect in game. And there is no maximum charted sword weapon and the charted sword uses the same inscriptions, hilts, and holsters as the estoc.
